Do you do wholesale?
For over 10 products to the same address we can apply wholesale prices, delivery dates may change for wholesale orders. Please reach out through artacrylic77@gmail.com or through contact us page for custom order requests.
Can I get my product personalized?
Generally yes you can. But we have some limitations regarding shipping overcharges. Therefore we have limitation of 45" wide/long. But if you still want bigger products contact with us.
Color can be personalized as desired, contact us for your personalization requests.

Can I return my product?
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are and which product you have bought. Manufacturing takes 2-3 days for wooden, 5-6 days for metal products if we do not have in stock. Deliveries generally take 3-5 days but occasionally it can be a little bit longer due to busy nature of shipping companies.
Where do you dispatch your orders from?
Our business is in the US but our manufacturing is in Turkey, orders are dispatched from Turkey.
Do you pay for custom fees and import taxes?
United Kingdom, United States, Eurozone and Canada residents do not pay customs fees and import taxes. This is not valid for other countries.
